Workshop
Our company covers an area of more than 15,000 square meters,
possesses the modern office and plant with the introduction of
international advanced equipments, with high investment in
innovative research and development, which takes shape the
manufacturing style of mold design, injection and production as a
whole. Our factory is equipped with mold assembly workshop,
mold embryo manufacturing workshop, EDM electric spark
discharge workshop, injection workshop, silk screen assembly
workshop, etc. In additional, we incorporate a CNC
machining workshop to cope with the demand on high precision
machined parts.
Advanced Equipment
The factory is equipped with a variety of imported CNC gouging
machine, MITSUBISHI operating system CNC machine, milling
machine, spark machine, wire cutting, Hexagon three-dimensional
testing equipment. With a professional engineer team of more than
25 people, we are dedicated to shortening the R&D cycle for
customers, improving product quality, and providing efficient and
premium service.
Digital Management System
By introducing nearly 80 classic product processing precision
equipments, such as five-axis CNC，GF high-speed CNC, GF
high-precision spark machine and electric high-speed precision
injection machine, MES and ERP digital management system, we
are able to control the whole manufacturing process from the
project development and management/mold design/mold
manufacturing to injection production/preassembly/CNC metal
parts, which greatly improves the production efficiency and
product quality, which can fully meet the needs of digitalization
& data management, and also can meet customer's delivery
requirements for mass production, in order to create more value
in less time.
