customer product structure, our CNC processing capacity can reach 500K USD per month, and this capacity is constantly increasing. Although we are not yet
at the top of the industry, we operate almost every type of CNC milling and turning center, and we are proud of ourselves for being able to process anything
you need, from simple "post-machine" job maintenance to complex organic geometry with tight tolerances, we can handle both rapid prototyping and small to
medium volume production orders for customers in multiple industries at the same time. Depending on customer’s requirements, we can also use EDM and
grinder to produce parts, establish enclosures and minimum feature sizes, and design guidelines for milling and turning variations.
CNC Machining Materials
According to the different needs of customers, HingTung is equipped to provide customers with a variety of CNC processing materials.
Aluminum (aluminum alloy) is our most widely
used CNC milling material, and because of its
light weight, non-magnetic, corrosion resistance
and low cost, this material is widely used in the
production of aircraft parts, automobile parts,
motorcycle parts, bicycle frames and food
containers.
Because of its strength, corrosion resistance,and relative lightness and durability, stainless steel is recommended by us for everything from surgical equipment to electronic hardware.
Carbon steel is also one of our popular materials for CNC processing due to its durability, safety, long shelf life, economic benefits and environmental protection properties. We offer a variety of formulations from which customers can choose according to product application requirements.
Easy to work, smooth and with a clean surface, we recommend that our customers use brass to make complex parts requiring complex functions, such as medical devices, consumer products, electronic hardware and contacts, accessories, commercial products, etc.
Titanium has heat and corrosion resistance, making it a viable choice for many industrial applications. We recommend them for medical implants, aircraft parts and jewelry.
Magnesium's excellent machinability, strength and sturdiness make it ideal for applications in many industrial fields.
Inconel components are suitable for environments where they may be subjected to water corrosion or oxidation, and are therefore recommended for use in applications where extreme pressure and heat may be exposed.
Variety of CNC Machining Methods
In addition, according to customers' processing needs for different products, we can provide various types of CNC machining methods, such as The Boring
Processing (the center drill should be used to locate the workpiece for boring, and then drilled with a drill bit 1~2mm smaller than the drawing scale, and then
processed with a rough boring cutter (or milling cutter) to only a single side of about 0.3mm machining allowance, and then use a pre-adjusted scale fine
boring tool for fine boring, and then the residual amount of fine boring should not be less than 0.1mm), Direct numerical control (DNC) operation (before DNC
machining, the workpiece should be clamped, the zero position should be set, and the parameters should be set. Open the machining program we want to
transfer to the computer to view it, then let the computer enter the DNC status and enter the file name of the correct machining program. Press the TAPE key
and the program start button on the machining machine, and the machine controller will display the word LSK shining. Press the Enter keyboard on the
